The WEI-2000 Smoke Emission Automatic Online Monitoring System (CEMS) consists of four basic components: smoke and dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, smoke parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem. The tested gas undergoes sampling probe dust removal, heat tracing tube sampling, multi-stage filtration, and two-stage condensation for rapid water removal and cooling, and enters the micro heat tracing gas analysis module for analysis and measurement. The use of dry measurement effectively solves technical problems such as large fluctuations in data measurement caused by humidity changes in waste incineration.
